Choosing a nursery is one of the most important decisions you will ever make for your child. We hope that our information gives you an insight to our childcare and learning philosophy and a desire to come and have a look at the nursery. Inside the brochure you should find everything you need to register should you decide to join us.
We offer a small, friendly, personal service creating an atmosphere as close to home as possible. At Little Potters we believe that all children are unique individuals and the care and education we provide respects their individuality.
When children are hurt or upset they need to know who to turn to for a cuddle our small groups and key person approach offers this.
As parents ourselves we set up our nurseries in 1997 with the aim of keeping our fees as affordable as possible and our sessions as flexible as we can to meet the needs of our parents. Our affordability however does not mean we compromise on quality. We believe that once you have spoken to our team you will see
We are very proud of our nurseries and when you come to have a look around you will find rooms where children have and are having fun, the odd painted fingerprints on the doors and the walls where children have been free to explore. You will hear laughter from staff and children, as they play and have fun together.
We never expect you to make a decision without having a look at other nurseries, our philosophy of respectful care is quite unique, and you will know instantly if it is right for your child. We hope that you enjoy your visit and welcome any feedback to help us improve our services further.

My little boy started nursery in November and he absolutely loves it! He’s settled in really well, the staff adore him and he does them. You have your own online progress report so you can check in on what your little one has been up to that week. Couldn’t recommend enough!
My little boy has been at the nursery for nearly 2 months now and absolutely loves it. Within a week he’d mastered stairs which is a huge deal for him and 6 weeks in he’s mastered the slides in the play area. The whole nursery have taken the time to learn Makaton to support my sons language development. All the Staff in Preschool are wonderful, and special thanks goes to Jeanette for helping Finn to feel so welcome by signing with him, and to Hannah for taking the time to chat with me when I’ve been anxious about how he’s doing during the day. Really can’t recommend the nursery enough, all the staff are so welcoming and friendly!
Cannot praise this nursery enough!! My two loved coming here from being at nursery to attending for breakfast and after school clubs!! The ladies here are so friendly and lovely and will do anything for your little ones!! They support us parents too when we need it!! They are absolutely fantastic!! Our two would still attend if we hadn’t of moved!! Cannot recommend enough. Go ahead give little Potters a try, I promise you won’t regret it � xxx
My little boy loves going to nursery, he’s come on so much and the girls are brilliant with him, the menu each week is amazing and I’m jealous of what he eats each day, he settled straight in right away and I can tell he enjoys every day he’s there
